Hello, I am a Southern California Artist. I have lived in Ventura for about 15 years. Ventura is a medium sized town with a variety of things to do, when I need a break from working there is usually an adventure somewhere.
This website has original cast sculptures that I make in my studio. Since I have always lived by the ocean and spend a lot of time diving, the pieces are mostly nautical.
I also do illustration, sculpting and webdesign for clients.
I have as AS degree in Commercial Art from Ventura College. Much of my experience is from learning as I go but the many art related jobs has taught me a lot. I also instructed art for a few years. I enjoy fine art but time to paint just what I want has taken a back seat to making more marketable art. I really making these sculpted themes, as collectables they give me a variety of subject matter to work on. The pieces on this webpage are reasonably priced and as I will always make more art they will go up in value.
