This piece is one of those 'find whatever you have' and make it projects. A combination of a Kitchen Aid, a TV mounting arm, springs, metal, rheostat, and wheels. I have been mixing plaster by hand for years, after contemplating and what I need to have a machine do it, and finding nothing that worked for my needs on the market, I made this. I made a custom blade to fit a standard 5 gal. bucket, the Kitchen Aid has the orbital bit for proper mixing. The disected TV stand allowed for a sturdy arm that can raise and lower and stay there after adding springs. The rheostat gives greater control on speed. Although not pretty, this thing worked right from the start, a well balanced piece that greatly reduces production time.
